What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or register for an open day, we collect your names, email, phone number and the details you choose to share about your celebration.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, hold dates, plan your celebration and, if you ask, send our brochure. We never sell your details or share them with suppliers without your permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@wrenfield.example and we will reply within a month.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to run it and anonymous visit counts. No advertising trackers.
