Weddings at Wrenfield

One celebration,
a whole weekend around it.

Arrive on Friday, marry on Saturday, linger over Sunday breakfast. Or keep it to one long, unhurried day. Either way the estate is yours.

N° 03 — The legal part

Licensed for civil ceremonies, indoors and out.

In England the legal ceremony needs a registrar and a licensed space. Four of ours are licensed, so you can marry exactly where you want to.

01

Give notice

Both of you give notice at your local register office at least 29 days before the wedding.

02

Book the registrar

Book Gloucestershire Register Office for Wrenfield; we share our usual times so it’s easy.

03

Choose your space

The Walled Garden, the Hayloft, the Long Drawing Room or the Old Dairy.

04

Add your own words

Want handfasting or a friend leading? Add a celebrant for the parts the registrar can’t do.

The Hayloft laid for a wet-weather ceremony

N° 04 — The rain plan

Every outdoor moment has a roofed twin.

We call it together at noon. The garden ceremony moves to the Hayloft in twenty minutes, drinks move to the Cider House and terrace, and there is never a charge either way.
