An acre inside 18th-century brick walls, with espaliered pears and a lawn aisle between the borders.
The aisle runs between double borders to a stone seat under the old pear. The walls keep the wind off and the sound in. We set ceremonies at 2pm or 3pm so the light falls along the aisle, not into your guests’ eyes.
